THE NEED
The demand for custom applications is growing as more and more clients seek out solutions that suit their specific needs. In April 2022, Brandt Industries approached SWS in need of a Traffic Director more suitable to their products but still compatible with their existing onboard control system.
THE SOLUTION
The engineering team at SWS worked alongside Brandt Industries to produce a Custom Traffic Director. A Brandt specific part number was then applied to ensure consistency when reordered.
However, when the first shipment of 35 custom traffic directors arrived at Brandt, they failed to work as expected. But as a company built on unparalleled customer service, we refused to admit defeat. SWS sent a technical specialist from our Niagara Falls location to the company’s factory in Saskatoon to repair all 35 Traffic Directors in one day.
